Jason Chugh - President, Idea Specialist, Chaos Specialist

Inspired by those in the community driven to help, Jason started JMC Distribution in 2015.  In his words; "We will run a great business & bring amazing products to Canadians, however the reward for our hard work will go beyond the success of running a good business.  It will come when we help those in our communities to create opportunities for themselves to preserve through difficult times & be successful in their pursuits". A long time sporting person, with 13 years of competitive swimming experience and 16 years as a coach to swimmers in Quebec, Alberta, BC & Australia, his knowledge of aquatic sports and of aquatic sporting equipment is extensive.

Alex Duguay - General Manager


A long time aquatics enthusiast, he has a competitive swimming career that  spans over a decade, culminating at Simon Fraser University as a varsity swimming and progressing to the roll of a youth coach in Vancouver area. Alex brings his extensive knowledge of aquatic sports to JMC, helping clients  with an in depth knowledge of the products and the sports and they are related to

Coleman Allen - Vorgee Brand Ambassador Canada & USA


A Kinesiology Graduate from the University of British Columbia & a career swimmer in the USA and Canada, Coleman loves anything outdoors, specifically surfing, snowboarding and mountain biking. Water has been a passion of his for as long as I can remember. Most importantly he always enjoys a good time when he is hard at play

With over two decades of experience in the aquatics and sports marketing world, Derek brings an extensive amount of knowledge of aquatics to JMC and their clients. Currently Derek has remained connected to the aquatic  community and continues his work with triathletes and swimmers.

Martin is a devoted father of two boys, passionate about Lifesaving competitions and a fan of Marvel comics.  In that order. 

Martin has always been passionate about water sports. Competitive swimmer for more than three decades, lifeguard and Lifesaving instructor since the age of 18, he graduated from University in Physical Education and continues to work in Aquatics throughout his ongoing career.  He is currently the Aquatic Director of the city of Gatineau in the province of Quebec.  

With more than 25 years in the Aquatic Industry, he is one of the top Lifesaving and Lifeguarding Instructor in the country and still loves to share his passion with his staff, the new candidates in lifesaving classes and athletes from the Gatineau Lifesaving Club.  He has been a competitive lifesaver since 1988 at the national and international level, head coach for the Quebec Lifesaving team for many years and Head Official with the Lifesaving Society of Canada. 

He is well known across the country as he was the first handicap lifeguard to succeed in obtaining the National Lifeguard certification and become the first handicap Lifeguard to compete at an International Level.  

Perfectly bilingual in French and English, his personal and professional network is vast and includes most of the top lifesaving coaches and instructors in the country and many aquatic directors
